voice chat issues

Voice chat not working at all on PS4. The game doesn't even acknowledge that I have a microphone in the first place. Not only that but I can't hear anyone who speaks in game chat but I can still hear...

More if you are using speakers, or headphones and what brand if you done any audio settings changes etc @donepicface

@EA_Atic I use the SteelSeries Artic 1 headset, as for audio settings I haven't changed them at all
