Waiting on player

my case status says waiting on player and yet I have not received an email or anything saying what to do. What am I suppose to do.

    @Coogan2731 Making a new case to contact an EA Advisor in order to see if there are any additional details they can provide or what may be happening with your Case that is set to 'waiting on player"

    @Coogan2731 Can you check any additional folders to see if the email was filtered elsewhere in your email? If not can you resume providing additional detail that you had not gotten anything but saw the case update?

    I’ve just said that I have still not received my content how long should I expect this to take to get an email.

    @Coogan2731 I would not have a turnaround time to provide, if your case was escalated or support is investigating something like missing content it may take some time. Since you see the case as waiting on the player that is why I would recommend making a new one to contact support to see what they may be waiting on to help the case along.

    The new status says fixed however I still have not received my collectibles. What does this mean

    @Coogan2731 I would not be able to provide an answer to this you would need to speak with an EA Advisor.
