Wattson challenge packs crashed game, no loot received

Just finished Watson challenge and got 2 Watson packs 1 Retro pack. Opened the 2 Watson packs together and the loot tick went flying and exploded instantly crashing my pc. Came back to lobby, didn't ...

I did check, for two packs specific to Wattson I should def be seeing an item in the locker (skin/banner/emote) but I don't see anything new. I opened the chat with support, I guess the best approach is to request them to list the items as you did
