@EzyHawk Thanks for the reply! I do have my monitor set to 144hz both in NVIDIA display settings and the monitor itself.

@TS_ZeroCool Please try to set a resolution fps target to 144 fps and see if this does anything 🙂

Setting to 144 fps doesn't help at all, and in fact makes it worse.
Can anyone else advise? I am still constantly getting bad FPS spikes and yet to experience any smooth gameplay with an RTX 2080. This is rather pathetic.
