This is my opinion and i really not good english and i hope you guys can share your experience in good way or bad way or you guys have advice for me that would help me alot.

I really need help right now about Apex Legend "Banned Account" i have problem with apex legend i can't remember when i play last time but i can remember that i nerver Hacking or use unfair program to play and i want to play again around couple month ago and i got banned and i try to contract Agent or staff it's say i have to waiting for 14 day respons and it's really too long and i really trying to find other while waiting they respons back but every platform say that only way to solve this problem is contract to EA help and wait for them respond and it's too long for waiting and my friend really want to play with me pls EA fix this too long respond

but i still have good impression with EA help it's with Titanfall2 i have problem about "DisplayName field missing from registy" i have contract technic and it's a live chat i really love it they can help me immedietly and trying to help as much as they can (thanks for 2 agent that really trying to help me but problem it's happend but i really appreciate your help :D )

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @VanillaCreamyIce.

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    Hello,

    I made a support ticket for my hacked & banned apex account about a week ago now and I still haven't been contacted regarding an update. I spoke on the phone with someone who confirmed to me that the case was escalated to the TOS team but I still haven't received any other info. The status of the case has been "in progress" this whole time and the only emails I have been getting are surveys asking about my experience lol I was about to contact live support and ask for an update but I am scared that if I do it will take my case out of queue or out of progress. 

    The same sort of situation happened to my friend about a month ago and he managed to get it resolved in what felt like no time.

    I have got a hardware ban on apex legends, is there any solution please?

      I heard that it’s okay to change the motherboard, but I will also change the motherboard and hard drive
