Hey simhyunQC,
When you mention changing the email, does that mean you changed which email your PSN was connected to? Was that the EA account email that had changed?
Typically when all progress is lost, that is due to unlinking a platform (such as PlayStation) to link it to a different EA account. In those situations it would be a matter of re-linking the platform to its original EA account to try recovering that progress.
