Get Kicked and 10 minute penalty

I kept getting kicked out of the game saying server timed-out and when i try entering back it says that the game may have ended and takes double rp from me with a 10 minute penalty. All my friends don't have this problem is there any solutions for this. I restart my pc every time when i want to play the game to make sure nothing else is running and disabled everything with auto-startup. I really need help it's really frustrating.
