@EA_Darko So based upon your explanation imagine this scenario(Fictional):
Suppose I had a gun with all proper documents and license of the gun with my name registered to it. One Day I had a break-in and all my money and the gun was also stolen which was later used to kill someone. Upon filing an FIR in police station I was assured that I would get the gun back as its found somewhere in a different country from where I live. Upon retrieving the gun I was arrested coz my gun was used to killed someone even though I was the one who reported it stolen with all the documents and when I was brought to court to verify my felony even though the police are saying he is innocent i am given life imprisonment. Does this sound fair??
Now imagine this here for the GAME. The person who hacked my account would obviously would use cheats as he don't have to care about the time and money spent by me as he only needs an account to use his cheats.
There was a clear history of email change from my country to a different country with an crazy * email which no legit players would use at least for a game they play regularly. Yet that information is ignored or put aside. You have an AI to ban people, you got people to verify that along with other in-depth details like suspicious email change or every other actions that's suspicious like steam unlinked, email change, phone number removed etc. But No according to you and your TOS AI is always right..
U think posting this is asking for help to get the ban removed ohh heck no I don't care about the game anymore and i believe many others feel the same. Posting the same "Appeal in case of Ban" thing doesn't do anything. Don't you think we all did all those even before u said us to appeal for it. We are not dumb We are just frustrated to the point It needs to be looked into and Solved thats it.
