where do i contact EA about my info for cases?

I had gotten my account disabled and I went to EA for help they said "Please share the below asked details:E-mail address on the EA account: PSN ID/Gamertag:/EA ID:" but where do I give it to? and ho...

Hi there, @aygg212223

If you were chatting with an advisor, they would ask for those details in the chat. If your case is being worked on over email, log into your case and you should be able to update it with those details.
