Why am I banned?

My account has been banned and I keep sending tickets because I've never cheated or broke any code of conduct rules. However It has been days since I have heard anything back and my cases are either under review or have been resolved but I'm still banned. I can't get in contact with anyone and It's starting to get frustrating. Whats with the random banning?

Hey there!

You should have received a e-mail regarding the ban.
If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.
You contact the ToS team here to appeal your ban.

Make sure you don't have any programs interfering with the game.
We don't really debate about bans here on the forums but if you have any questions.
