Why am i being asked to except EA's user agrrement every day?

Everytime i join apex i have to except apex user agreement. Possibly even  twice a day.

I am having this issue too and it happens with any ea game FIFA, Apex, or any other game it is just a time suck but I’m wondering if there is way to fix this anyone find a solution?
