Account Missing

Played Apex since launch and last played April last year. Tried to play today and when I launch via Steam (which I have done since I moved my progress over from Playstation in 2020) I am stuck on a new account.

Any help in how I can regain access to my account would be great. It has thousands of hours and a lot money spent on it so it means a lot to me.

This EA account (Sylarkz) is linked to my Steam so it has to be the right one, correct? As it can only be linked to one account for lifetime. I tried unlinking and relinking the steam account to the ea account but still nothing. I have Xbox as my other connection on the EA account. No longer have my PS account as a connection, unsure why. Could this be why?
