why does all my sound trun off when i open apex

i have a problem... When i open apex all my sounds on my  pc turn off including discord, my google tabs and more. but the weird thing is i have voice mod installed to my pc and once i pull my volume ...

I also have this issue to the point that Apex crashed my bluetooth audio and now it's not working at all and no amount of reinstalling drivers helped, i'm stuck to wired for now.
