why does customer service suck? i need to unlink my steam from old account bcs my old google account was banned and on the web live chat said "CHAT WITH US, Chat with one of our Advisors. 0 minutes...

I need help for unlink or getting lost of my old account from steam because my old google account was banned

my old account was "7d**********@gmail.com" but when i reach on live chat or email on the web live chat said "CHAT WITH US, Chat with one of our Advisors. 0 minutes wait" but never show anything on my browser, i tried like 3 browser and nothing show on browser and nothing works. Already wait for 12 hours literally
