Why does the USA have around 15 servers and Canada 0 ?

Why does the USA have around 15 servers and Canada 0? Canada is bigger than America. We also shell out money like anyone els and most of us more than a regular game is worth. no matter how close to the boarder you put those servers its not going to reduce the fact that when an American is fighting a Canadian America gets a ping handicap. it unfair and insulting. you don't deserve our money. i demand an explanation. its not only this game but all BR games. is America doing this on purpose. are you so afraid that Canadians will show you up. swallow your pride. pocket that ego and give Canada what we deserve.
