Missing shards.

For context at the time of the pack opening I was not at my 500 pack pity limit, and I am not sure whether my pity has reset or not due to the pack. I opened a pack and got the red beams, which, as far as I know, guarantees heirloom shards. However, before the pack finished opening, my game froze while the beams were still present, and crashed. Upon re-launching the game, I checked the shop and I had no heirloom shards. Please tell me there is a way to fix this, and if this resets my pity. And before you ask, I have repeatedly relaunched my game, even re-installed apex, and nothing.
