Why haven’t I got my retroactive packs

Hi I am a loyal apex legends player I am level 52 and I heard that people are getting packs on any level but level one for the new leveling changes seeing my friends who some are lower than me gettin...

    Hey @Portuguesepops. 

    If you didn't receive packs that you should have please reach out to EA Help and let them know so they can take a look. They'll see if they can get those packs sorted out for you.
