Why the ALGS badge for the Year 4 tournament has not been issued yet？

My friends and I participated in Challenger Circuit #1 - Split 1 Year4 together, but it has been a long time since Challenger Circuit #1 - Split 1 Year4 ended, and we haven't received ALGS badge yet...

We participated in the algs year 4 Preseason Qualifier #1 on November 25, 2023, but still have not received the algs badge. Our usernames are Qshh and ic. This link and photo are proof of our participation.
