Why the ALGS badge for the Year 4 tournament has not been issued yet？

My friends and I participated in Challenger Circuit #1 - Split 1 Year4 together, but it has been a long time since Challenger Circuit #1 - Split 1 Year4 ended, and we haven't received  ALGS badge yet...

hi, I participated in ALGS Challenger Circuit #4 - Split 1, April 13th 2024. am I eligible to get the badge for that?
