Are you still having trouble getting the accounts linked up? If so, can you try clearing out your browser cache to see if that helps at all? There may be some cached browser data that's preventing the website from loading up properly.

Excuse me Kent, but I am having a similar issue.
I have never had my Steam account connected to Apex Legends, but every time I select the option to in-game I am given a broken link as well.
I cannot find anywhere else with the option to connect the two.
Can you help?
