Win hasnt been counted ? come one guys wth

Hi there .. i have just won a game with a couple of games ago and was going to put it on my tracker to BRAG id won lol ,, however it seems it hasnt counted ..i took a sceen shot of the win screen  .... i would like this rectifying please ...dont spend hours on a game to be robbed of a win ..Conster93
