I had the same problem (0x00000000 | 0x00000000) , and I can not find any possible solution, help! I despair that this happens to me in the middle of the game.
I feel ya man. Mine happens in the beginning of the game or near the end of the game. I just got that 0x00000000 right now ☹️ hope they fix this asap
