What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I clicked continue, to try and log into the game.

What happens when the bug occurs? I start up the game. I press continue on the login screen. I get a loading screen. After the loading screen my game just jumps back to the start. This happens every time I press continue. This only happens with my own account, when I log in with another account the issue is not existent.
What should be happening instead? The game should log me in and I should be able to get into the lobby.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unable to replicate, since this seems to be an account issue. When logging on with a family members account on the same computer, the game starts up normally.
I have been unable to login to the game since the Season 8 Update. This issue is unique to my account.After testing with a family members account I was able to login via a different steam profile. This leads me to believe that this is an account issue.
My internet is stable, gameplay on another account is fine.
I have installed steam and origin versions. I have reinstalled the game. I have been running it as an admin and in compability mode. This issue has never happened before.
This seems to be a known issue on the developers side, I found similar reports dating back as far as Season 6 and 7.
However it is not noted in their trello or other official sources.
I have invested around 150 or more hours into the game, which does not sound like a lot, but my playtime is limited and I really enjoyed playing.
Not being able to participate in the current event hurts. I hope EA/Respawn will resolve this and allow players to obtain the event rewards nonetheless.
