Wraith skydiving emote not appearing

I have had wraith first skydiving emote for awhile and for some odd reason it no longer appears,the option isn't even there. I play on PlayStation 4, this hasn't happened before just recently.

I have made another post before about this, not so long ago. But I really want to resolve this issue.

Hey @Pan_dulce666.

If you haven't already I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.

No, not at all.

Skydive Emotes are automatically equipped to your character.
Skydive Trail is in lobby loadout>game customization and you need to play Ranked games and reach Master rank or Top 500 Predator rank and it will be unlocked next season.

I've tried that and it still won't appear tho..

Hey, this really late. But I've honestly have gotten in contact with ea but I gotten two different words? Like one person said I had the emote, then next one said I didn't. That I need to re-earn it again...though it's not possible because well it was a battle pass thing. It's really fustrating, I do recall that I worked for it and had it. Seasons have gone and nothing yet, feels bad..

@EA_Kent also trying to stay in contact with the ea, is really strange like I be tryna ask something and the chat just ends. I go and try to get in contact again but file says solved kinda thing.. I keep having to re-open files, and reach out, when I don't get anywhere with it. I don't even know what to do with this, at this point..just disappointing
