Wrong linked Steam Account

So i accidently linked my EA account with my sons Steam Account and my sons EA account to my Steam account. (our steam names looks similar because he uses my original steam account, so i messed up)

When i unlinked them both and tried to link them to the correct accounts i get the message that's no possible and i see that once an account is linked it can't be changed anymore ☹️

Can someone at EA please switch around our Linked Steam ID's. I've not been able to find a way to create a support ticket for this ☹️

    Hey @Helza999,

    Typically you'll only be able to link one account from each platform (e.g. Steam) to an EA account over its lifetime. If the wrong account was mistakenly linked however, it would be best to get in touch with support directly to see if they have any other options available to help get these linked correctly.

    This isn't something we'd be able to change here on the forums, but if you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

    Thanks for the quick reply and the information 🙂 , i've just submitted the ticket and hope support is able to switch them around.

    Almost a week later but still waiting for a useful response from support and tbh I’m not expecting one.

    A total of 3 replies so far of which the first one was asking the same info I already provided. The 2nd one was some kind of standard reply not really answering the question/request and it wasn’t even a fully english response so I’m not even 100% sure what they were saying.

    The 3rd response where I asked for clarification and explained they maybe didn’t understood the question resulted in the exact same message as the 2nd email just with a different name under it.

    so not very hopeful im going to get the issue resolved ☹️

    No support just says they can't help and closed the ticket.

    dayum 2years ago and this jews didn't give it up, my fren accidentally linked his steam acc with my EA acc i asked him why did you do that and he said he didnt even do that or how that happened, he is an xbox player anyway, i bought battlefield from steam and now can't play it, this is bull**bleep**
