Wrongfully banned, soloQ ranked, got matched with cheater

I got master 2 days ago and today i got matched with suspicious duo.

Suspicious by their movement, they were way too confident moving around the map, but i wasnt sure until i saw after the game Gibby had 3k+ damage.

When the game was finished and i try to play next i got the message: The clients game account has been banned: banned.

95% of my games are soloQ, only from diamond 1 to master i picked up teammates that i met while soloQing.

How exactly do i get my account unbanned now so i can enjoy the last 2 days of split?

Can anyone check my account and see that the game i got matched with cheaters i was soloQ and i played soloQ 95% of the time?

Hi @apexnino23,

I'm afraid that account bans aren't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban can be lifted.

If you haven't already, please set up a case with them so they can take a look at your account. You can find more info on how to get in touch with them at the EA Help website.

I soloQueue to master on my account. 2 days after i got master by myself i got matched with a cheater.
Right after the game ended my account was banned.
From my understanding, there had to be a streamer in the game, and i was the unlucky person to be matched for that one single game with the cheater, the game he got banned.
The person who banned me did not check that i was solo queue and i had nothing to do with cheater being on my team.
I submited unban request but im afraid it was replied by a bot, a real person did not check/ verify my claim.
All i am asking is that my account Agile Rat v2 is manualy checked.
I repeat, i was solo, i had nothign to do with the cheater matchmaking gave me.
It makes no sense that i would play with cheater 2 days after i got my rank alredy. I think that the person who banned me thought i was playing with him together.
Just please a human verify my claim that i was solo queue, like always and i have nothing to do with it, thank you.

My request got auto replied by a bot, saying that i cheated. All im asking is for human to verify my claim:
1. never had any cheats on my pc
2. i was solo queue, apex matchmaking gave me cheater(the person who banned me thougth im premade with him)

The Terms of Service team reviews all appeals that come through. If they reviewed the account and determined the ban won't be lifted then I'm afraid that it will not be unbanned.
