XBOX Matchmaking taking too long

Howdy team..My name is Damien Foran.. my profile is avid brush 572020. For the last month now I haven't been able to get a game on firestorm originally I was saying error code 34601..but now it is just trying to get a game but nothing seems to be coming up. If I remember it correctly when I was getting games properly the top right hand corner yours in 18 and the internet circle circling around trying to find a game I may be mistaking this because it's been so long.. now seems like it's doesn't want to connect or something. I've tried pulling the router out for 5 minutes.. I've tried unplugging the cords from the back and restarting by pressing the console on off button 4 10 seconds to turn off. I've gone into settings MAC address clear and restarting.. still nothing. I thought it was a game itself so I went and bought another game exactly the same battlefield 5 and the same thing happened.. I don't think it said erace36 401 but it just said matchmaking failed instantly..when I try and connect on that game it just tries to find a game but just says can't find a suitable game I try this on and on and on for ages... I'm not the best with computers Xbox I mean and just want to get this thing happening.. Everything else works fine on the game
