Xbox One - Freezing Issue

Hello,

Ever since the Evolution Collection event I have been plagued with freezing issues that I don't see anyone else complaining about or reporting anymore. The initial "fix" was to change ones banner and pose to rare or below. Yet, I am still sporadically freezing. I never had freezing issues this regularly on Apex Legends prior to this event. I have done every single "Disconnecting Trouble Shoot" steps that have been listed by EA and nothing has worked. The issue that was brought with Evolution Collection event still appears to be present and nothing appears to be happening about it. Please advise.

    You're definitely not alone. This is something that a lot of people have been running into. We're still working on getting this fixed. It's been added to the Apex Tracker, so I'd recommend keeping an eye out there for updates. 


    We appreciate the patience while we're looking into it.

    Is EA going to refund users battle passes. Because I have been unable to complete my battle pass do to freezing. I'm currently stuck at level 70. Don't know if I will make it if you don't find a fix soon, and if I don't I definitely want a refund or partial

    @EA_Kent I appreciate the response. It just seemed like there was little to no activity on the issue after the initial  Evolution launch issues. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Have a great day/night!

    Sure thing! We've definitely been working on it since it started happening. I'm sorry we don't have more updates to share, but hopefully we'll be able to get this fully sorted out soon. 

    @Seekerofpwr 

    I haven't heard if there are any plans for a BP refund or make-good. If we do have any updates to share on that in the future we'll make an announcement to let everyone know.

    @EA_Kent One thing I don't see on the Trello list is that the game freezes at the "Connecting to Lobby" screen when leaving after your squad died or the game ended. You are forced to restart the game. Sometimes it just crashes the game entirely in this instance.

    I believe that's related to the ongoing issues we've been seeing. It seems to manifest in different ways for different people, but that's one of the things I've seen reported pretty often.
