We've seen reports surfacing over social media, AHQ, and Reddit. We've let the team know about this and they're investigating.
So far it looks like the following steps below work for some but not all.
- Powercycling the Xbox One (be sure to unplug the power too)
- Change the skin for your Legend
- Change the Legend you currently have "featured."

- Gamertag
- Type of Xbox One you are having trouble on (S, X, Original)
- Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive? (Sometimes updates can be installed to the external hard drive while the game is installed on the internal, which pulls data from two sources causing crashes)
- Does it always crash at the same point? Where?
- Does it crash on you if you jump into the game on a different Gamertag?
- Can you play after a fresh reinstall of the game?
We'll do our best to get the info to the team as soon as possible. Please provide this information above or anything you're aware of that helped stop the crashing.
