6 years agoHey, @SERPENT_DESCEND
That's very concerning to hear and hopefully this isn't happening anymore. If it is though, can you let me know of the following:
- Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
- Is your internal/external hard drive full on space?
- Have you tried reinstalling the game?
- Have you tried power cycling the console?
- What power setting do you have enabled on your Xbox One?
Power Cycle the Console
- Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
- Plug the console power cable back in.
- Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

@EA_Blueberry Hey, Im having the same problem, everytime I try to play Apex Legends on my Xbox One S it freezes about 4 minutes after starting the game, then it turns my Xbox off.
Its not installed on an external hard drive.
I've tried everything you recommended even went and bought the disk, deleted the game and factory reset my Xbox, just to reinstall it through the disk, and still everytime I start it up, my xbox gets turned off. Please help
