Lost Content in Apex Legends (Server Problems).
On April 2nd, 2024 on a ps4, at around 6:08 p.m., I opened an event pack (Shadow Society). I don’t remember if I got it using Apex Coins from my last Battle Pass or from points earned by completing challenges. In that pack, I received the heirloom Kobalt Katar along with two other cosmetics, but EA experienced server issues and I lost all the progress made that day.
I reported this issue to EA Customer Service and provided photos of the pack. For the next three months, they told me the problem was “solved” or didn't respond to me. However, I still haven’t received the heirloom or the other two items that came with it. It’s been over a year, and I’m still waiting and reporting the problem, which is strange since most —if not all— other players seem to have had their accounts restored to normal. (All of my cases history is about this same issue).
And again, I'm not trying to bother anyone; I just want my account to be the way it was supposed to be.
Anyway, do you guys have a similar problem or am I the only one?
