No cosmetics, skins even stats

Hi, I cameback after a long time and first I couldn't get into the game it said "This account is unable to play" I restarted it and it let me but now I dont have all my skins etc even my stats and level are gone, is this some kind of bug or what can I do?? I play on Xbox btw
