The game could not be started, due to an error in our system, solution

I recently encountered this error when trying to play Battlefield 2042, but it's something that had happened to me before and I couldn't solve it until someone on Facebook gave me a solution, but no matter how much I searched on Google I couldn't find solutions, here I leave it in case someone is going through the same thing.

If you are playing from Steam, go to the top left tab where it says ''steam'' then to settings and go to the part that says ''in game'' then in the option that says ''enable steam overlay during game'' and deactivate it, now go to the EA app, in the top right where your name is click on it and then go to settings, several tabs will appear click on the one that says ''application'' go all the way down and there will be an option that says ''in-game overlay'' deactivate it and that's it, with that it is solved

If you are playing from the EA app it is the same solution but only in the EA app, in the upper right corner where your name is, click on it and then go to settings, several tabs will appear, click on the one that says ''application'' go all the way down and there will be an option that says ''in-game overlay'' deactivate it and that's it, with that it is solved

I hope it has been useful, I leave you screenshots below of the problem and where to go to solve it, greetings
