I don't know if it's on purpose or not, but in this game mode it would be good to have those last vehicles too. Just like having this permanent mode on the Portal, since there is no permanent mode for vehicles only. It has even been mentioned several times by many players as being one of the community's favorite modes regarding vehicles.
