Add scope zeroing for snipers/all weapons for 4X+ magnification scopes

@Arttuli2 In BF4 I could rely on the fact, that a bullet hit dead center at a target 100m away. In BF2042 this appears to not to be true. It feels the scope doesn't compensate for different ammo types and barrel length.
Adding elevation control would make this only more complication in my opinion.
