A totally broken game for me. Now unable to finish a single game. I have the gold version and have been TRYING to play for 10 days. It has progressively gotten worse for me. EA will not refund for a game that is just broken for me. BF1 and BF5 run fine on my current setup.

In Australia, you can open a case under Australian Consumer Law where a product is purchased that:
- Isn't fit for purpose
- Doesn't match the description
- Significantly different from what you expected
- The business made extra promises it hasn't kept
And more...
If it's a major problem, you can:
- Get a refund
- Get a replacement for an identical item
- Get a replacement of similar value
If it's a minor problem:
Minor problems are anything that can be fixed within a reasonable period of time.
If the problem is minor, businesses can choose to:
- Give you a refund
- Replace the goods
- Repair the goods
However, if the product has two or more minor failures, it can be considered a major failure.
