- @BizzyVaping Series X version is not good. Still lots of stuttering and dudes skating across map looking like the pitfall guy from the Atari game.
Also had issues getting in matches last night. I do have crossplay off within the xbox system since we have no toggle any longer.
Its not healthy on series X with crossplay off imo. I am sure they are about to have a sale on this game right before Christmas. It will be the last window for this game. i havent had any issues on the ps5 so far just the tank loadout resets every once and a while but yea im about to turn off crossplay i had a few to many wtf moments the other day
- @ghinavirus Yeah luckily I didn't buy the game on Series X, I just used the 10 hour trial from EaPlay (I stopped playing after the first 3-4 hours though and haven't been back since)
- @BizzyVaping PS5 got the most attention after the beta. The best thing to happen for Sony was that dreadful beta that couldnt even be played. Now it seems to work the best from what i am hearing.
It is quite sad for the SX.
In no small part to Halo coming out and being free to play, it would have hurt the numbers.
The SX community is about half the size of the PS5, and has it's attention split across more AAA shooters. The issues with the Xbox version of the game also don't help.
Even when I see people talking about their terrible experience currently, I can't see eye to eye with them because on PS5 it has generally been solid for everyone since update 2. It can be better of course, and there are still the occasional jittering bodies and what not.
I'm on pc and play with cross play turned on and have yet to have any issues finding a full game.
I've also only encountered a single person I thought might be cheating but wasn't sure if it was just a synching issue as it appeared that they shot me through a concrete roof.
Besides alot of games drop players early, normally all the entitled players who don't get their toys after having a tantrum, alot of players with genuine constructive gripes too, some burnt out etc etc.
Alot of them could be down to frustration with crossplay, I know myself when I first switched to pc during bf3 I was shocked by how accurate people were, even how fast they can turn on a sixpence and be aiming at your head in a blink, it is a big jump in difficulty.
- @ghinavirus Yeah I actually cancelled my Ps5 pre-order after the beta, but ended up buying it anyway.
I had a ton of issues on the Ps5 beta. Everything from things not loading right to textures that either got stretched across the map or were spinning around in the air.
If it hadn't been for Eaplay and beeing able to try the full Ps5 version, I would likely not have been playing it right now. - @BizzyVaping yeah i am relaxing this week and just tried to get into a series x game and i just wait. I was in Assassin squad with 2 other dudes which means we are the 1st squad and the game is not populating.
I would turn cross play back on and handle the pc cheaters if aim assist and hit reg worked to have some sort of chance. But its broken. Still waiting for a game LMAO! a youtuber was on my squad he just bounced. Not going to name and shame him.
DICE, if we have to wait for players to join, why not let us mess with our guns and appearance. Let us look at our stats or something while we just wait for now 15 minutes. Why isnt AI used like you said until lobby fills with humans. Come on!
