BFV is great but cheaters have full fill the servers in my region , so I have no choice but play BF2042 . BTW BF2042 is not so bad , it just fine .
@DidoDimievBgFor me BFV was a disappointment and 2042 is 1000% better in almost all way beside 1 thing " knife take down animations " are better than bf2042 third person assasination ..
BFV had its moments...not good,not bad. but still waaaaaaaaaay better then this empty shell.

@Trokey66 I mean back then we could not know that the ship could sink even deeper. Just because we say that Battlefield 5 is more of a Battlefield than 2042 does not make it a perfect game. Battlefield 5 launched horribly, there were lots of bugs and a lot of game breaking issues. But in the end the game managed to be patched in a solid state - it was a long way tho. But all this could only happen because a big part of the Battlefield scaffold was still present in the core design. I do not see the same thing happening with 2042 because the basis is flawed. You cannot fix a game with a base that does not represent the franchise. And certainly you cannot base a Battlefield universe on it.

Dice/EA just keep lowering the bar. @DidoDimievBgSame here, iv´e played BFV since release and only stopped momentarily during the TTK changes and still having fun.
Occasionaly I go back to BF1 and play that as well but I can´t stand the RBD mechanics in that game. The weapond mechanics (BFV) and all other upgrades with movement and such makes it more dificult to go back to any Battlefield before BF1/BFV.@UP_SunnyTheWolfIt is said after every release and will continue to be the same going forward.....
I seem to remember BF1 getting similar treatment because of the theme, female Russians and black Germans.And this is before we get into Behemoths and elites!

The “cater to casuals” criticism that people have been throwing at battlefield for years always makes me laugh - unless you are making your living by playing battlefield, you are a “casual”.
News Flash: Your battlefield “skills” will pretty much never help you get a job or score a date.
