Bring back Angel´s capability to give armor + Extended anti-armor mags

Angel needs its identity back.

He could give armor to other players in the past with his character gadget, when reviving and with the supply crate, that being whole core of its personality.

But nowadays playing Angel feels like he is out of place, now being a generic support in the game, might as well just have the AI support character instead because:

• Falk has heals and fast revives
• Irish has the trophy system (His passive is very stupid so i am not even counting it)
• angel has ??? (Dumb passive as well there is no reason to play support without the ammo crate)

Giving him his armor would make him more enjoyable in a game that has a lot of characters are seen as being broken or too irrelevant 

-Bring back the capacity to give armors to others, but only trough the supply crate, since people complaining about how often they encounter armored players did heavily influenced his nerf

-If you still think that the armor is too powerful you could also make the anti armor round on assault weapons to be at least 30 rounds since having only 20 rounds get people a lot of punishment when they waste their shots

(In a game where the 64 round PP is meta once again)
