@Trokey66 At the same time I can kind of see their point, since there isn't an infantry only mode like TDM. I do maintain though that an infantry server could work well with a few changes being made.

Infantry-only maps would be pretty sweet - I'm sure we'll see a huge influx of em once XP is enabled in Portal. Not really sure I understand all the negativity regardinging Portal as of late.

@Trokey66 Same here - I enjoy infantry meat grinders but have never really have fun with TDM. Not sure why but c'est la vie.

of corse they have to alter the map sectors. they can do 3 maps out of each map easily.
and no, portal is not an option until its half baked like now

@ElliotLH Because that is the sensible approach and not the hip, edgy 'shout at DICE' method of trying to get things.

@ElliotLH I'm not opposed to the occasional infantry focused map at all (although not TDM), it's just the manner in which he has approached the issue for now.

Nowt changes though.....

@Furbatr0n No offence intended, but at this moment in time that's your only real option. At the end of the day Battlefield is a combined arms series, and that means vehicles and infantry mostly play together (with some exceptions of course, like the aforementioned TDM mode of past titles or a handful of Locker-type maps).
