DICE, nerf this plz: Vid - CQ small (64 players) ruined by wildcats and TOR @ HQ
DICE/EA, you gotta work on vehicle balance.Wildcats and TORs are the pinnacle of BS shooting across the map from the HQ where they can't be killed. This should be discouraged.
Cause:
Some things made sense when you planned maps like Hourglass and Breakaway for 128 players. When you created the hybrid maps (Stranded, Spearhead and Flashpoint), you broke the little balance that existed on CQ large (128 players).
In conquest small (64 players), these things don't make any sense, and after some improvements and changes you made, they don't make any sense, anymore,.in any game mode. You wanted infantry to get a relief against helicopters. Now things changed. The game is better.
Solution:
Limit effective distance, Wildcats to 400 m, TOR to 600 m and narrow it's turret vertical freedom of movement.
You should keep the values that allow a pleasant experience and fair fight based on Conquest Small, i.e., design/balance vehicles for 64-players and hybrid maps, and not the other way around.
By reducing the range, you will force people to move out of the HQ and play the objective. Finishing matches with 5 kills at the bottom of the scoreboard is not discouraging enough for trolls and those willing to disrupt the gameplay and joy of others.
Wildcats should defend smaller areas in the 64/CQ small maps, instead of the whole map, and even more specific areas, like flags and sectors, on CQ-large. TORs should work as anti land vehicles. They were not designed to be better AA than the Wildcats.
No matter what the idea or solution is, specific values (400, 450, 500 m...) and so on, the absolute truth and principle is:
Camping in the spawn, where something cannot be killed, is unacceptable, not only in BF, but in all shooters. And this is what I am asking you to change. Simple.

Wildcats have excessive range and should not camp on the spawn/HQ. They should be forced to play the objective. They must not reach the enemy HQ or other flags across the map.
In CQ small, their range basically covers the whole map.

The same issue as with the wildcat. It basically kills everything as they spawn from across the map. Another issue is that it can aim high if you park it uphill. Maybe gravity or reduce traction, make it shake and move back with the recoil?

That is pretty much it. This harassment and anti sport sort of conduct has to stop. Unfortunately, it is facilitated by design.
It ruins the 128-player experience, which is bad, but it completely DESTROYS THE CQ SMALL AND HYBRID MAPS EXPERIENCE.
No one should be camping at the HQ. That is all I ask.
