Not even one second after spawning.
Seems to the second time of developers breaking the game then going on holiday for a month. When's the fix coming?

Countering a stealth heli by exiting the vehicle and hacking is a bad idea.
Even if you begin hacking the second the heli gets in range there's not enough time to complete the hack before the bombs drop.
That Rao would get nuked by the bombs leaving behind an empty tank.
Not to mention the risk of getting sniped as you're standing there out in the open, again leaving an empty tank.

This is a spawn + map design issue more than a tank issue.
The same thing would happen with an enemy aircraft waiting behind your spawn.
Lobby for safe spawn bases, outside of the enemy line of sight and reach
@UP_HawxxeyeNo its not. Tank is unreachable, you waiting at enemy spawn are reachable to enemy. + you don't get one shot by enemy helo. (except tow can) but if you are close, you will miss. And I rarely seen people camp with helo. Only if someone is really going nemesis.
Edit: My campaign yesterday, tried to kill tank with c5 in stranded which was in US side. Guess how much time I had to trigger the c5 when I reached there? 0

just go back to BF4 vehicle spawns (you gotta walk your * to the vehicle and get in it)

I can't imagine how him did that because me don't have such patient to waiting something spawn .
Railgun tank is not a traditional weapon , we have to get used to it anyway . Hopefully it didn't camp in its base , so you can go and get it on foot , LOL .
