And so the nightmare goes on for you, imho you shouldn't have to use a VPN to play the play the game but currently it may be your only option.
Unless DICE listens to players who are asking for a proper Server Browser / Server System like we had in previous BF's, we will all be forced to play BF2042 the way MM decides.

This is happening no. Cannot get into any match at all just stuck in waiting for players to join screen. I’m in California

Not acceptable as you have paid for the game and can't play it.
I hope DICE listen and take steps to resolve these issues urgently.
Once again same thing nothing more to say about it I guess. Player count according to steam at the moment is 2,669. That’s actually very bad lol. By the time they release new content in the summer there won’t be anyone left.

Yes sadly I think you may be right.
I tried getting into Kaleidoscope map a short time ago and it timed out waiting for players and I am in the UK.
BF2042 is definitely on life support and MM is making matters so much worse and needs replacing urgently.
Right now no matter what AOW match it’s same map discarded and players are just waiting and getting kicked back to main screen.
- @Sc0tch_Whiskey So the same thing is happening as I mentioned in a previous post. This time cannot get into a match as always. So this just brings me to think it’s being done on purpose. If it was once or twice ok things happens but now it’s an everyday thing. What’s the angle? Kill the player base so EA/DICE can say hey we tried now there is no player base we don’t have to refund or something.

Yeah I definitely know what you mean and we need DICE to take action.
You guys and many others in the same boat need to be able to play the game you paid for.

We need a Server Browser in AOW, or make AOW modes available in Portal.- @Adamonic I agree been to long this is why no has faith in the game. Nothing has changed or been said. And they should just open full progression for portal. This will will encourage more players to make maps and more players to play. I know I would love that.

@Straatford87 We would really appreciate a heads up on whether DICE are planning to introduce a Server Browser / Persistent servers or changes to MM in the near future which would help the guys who cannot get into matches due to MM.

- @RayD_O1 I know players have things they want fixed first and that’s great. But I truly believe being able to play is the biggest right now. Not right you have to play a game you purchased when it’s convenient for the game and not the individual owner.

Thing today. No surprise today. Even this early I have been able to get into a match but no. Steam player count is below 1k so not surprised at all that I can’t find a match.

Sadly nothing surprises me about BF2042 anymore.
As you mentioned yesterday the next update would need tp be significant if they are going to have any hope of saving this game.

Today so that was good to see. Played half of discarded with little over half of it with players. Then swapped to exposure for a match.

- @XSive_Drez Oh yeah they quit alright. Most probably wanted to be attackers than defenders.
