So today I seem to have gotten a false positive ban. I had my first good match on Hazard Zone, wiped a party out solo, Then next match I was disconnected. The notice in game says it will send me an email, though I never got one. So I don't even know why I got bannedIt feels really bad to fight through all the bugs so far, then this happened. I put in an appeal, though I don't have a high hope of a real person even looking at it. Have anyone else ever had a false positive ban?Also Its hard to believe, I wouldn't believe most anyone else if I was reading this.

i got false banned for cheating as well. ive already went through with EA support, because i have no idea what could of caused this, not even what could of caused this falsely.and just like your case, they left me with a blunt "do not cheat, cheating is a, b, and c,." message after messaging their support.i am hoping for the best for both of us, as i paid 90 dollars just to play this game, (most ive ever spent on games in a single sitting) just to play 13 hours and get banned.

Easy Anti Cheat bans people for having Corsair products as it sees the RGBs as some sort of cheat. Corsair is suing EAC for this at the moment. I'm not sure if it's been resolved as I was told this months ago, but it might be worth a look. 🙂

Yeah I'm really upset about this, never banned before and never cheated in shooter before.

Even fought through the bugs because I do enjoy these games, even though the quality overall has dropped.

And then to get treated like this.

I wasn't even mad about the false positive ban, because it shows me they are doing something, but they need a better review system for people who dispute it.

I actually do have Corsair on my system, Keyboard, Mouse and the Icue software.

Just an update, they gave me a generic reply back, saying I cheated but refused to specify and just listed off the things they ban for.

@Gryphonv Icue gets detected and EAC instantly bans. It's nonsense. This has been a problem all the way back when the Division came out. They haven't fixed it, but companies keep choosing EAC. If you google it you can find multiple webpages and threads. ☹️
