Anyone else seeing this? I have the base game and decided I want Gold. When I go to purchase, it's still $90, base game price not removed? How do I upgrade then?
Hey @TheDrunkenPuppet it is not currently possible to purchase an upgrade to the version of BF2042 that you have.

@TheDrunkenPuppetThere may not be a true “upgrade” option right now. However, you should be able to refund your original purchase and get the Gold Edition if you wish.
@carsono311 Thanks. Problem is I didn't buy it through Origin. I got it with the WD Black SSD and claimed the game on Origin. Was told I could upgrade it. Part of the reason for wanting Gold is to play early. Hope they add this before launch...

I will try again tomorrow. Support was useless. They cannot grasp the concept of how I own the game if they see no purchase in my account. Telling me I am lying even though I sent them screen shots of owning it. Telling me I can just buy the entire gold edition...
Ya, that's what I thought and I even sent the screen shot of the screen showing I own the standard and the Gold is $90 lol. In the past you never had to refund and re-purchase, you can just buy the upgrade. Maybe then just need to add in the option. Figured it would just recognize I have it already (which it does) then discount it while ordering it. I went all the way to final step in purchase and was still the $90. Ugh. Hopefully they can figure it out.
