How to have 2042 Legacy Classes & New Specialist Sys ? Portal 2042 legacy

Well i am kinda getting tired of the baseless division based on taste about the new vs old ... Portal was created with " Legacy features " in mind . But sadly they ommited to create a " Legacy mode " for 2042 wich cause some poeples wanting to scrap the whole game to furfill their prefered vision  while ignoring lots of peoples like the new system much better and all this  make them forget portal even exist .. 

SOLUTION : 

DICE need to create a Template and a Permanent featured experience in Portal that allow Full Xp but with minor modification to the BF2042 system .. 

Legacy AOW would feature specialist categorised into their own classes for Exemple Mckay , Sundance , Dozer are assault so would be limited to " Legacy style classes system " gadjets weapons , grenade etc.. same for all the classes .. 

The base experience of AOW will remain the same with some improovement and aditions as envisioned by the devs .. I personally like the new system , Specialist and Loadout .. 

But this solution wont cost much and would only requires some Update to https://portal.battlefield.com/experience/  So peoples can custumise " classes based " experience trough portal managers but the custom ones wont be white flag for XP ...

DICE need to create their own template " white listed experience " so peoples can start servers themselves . And they need to create a " Legacy AOW " 128 and 64 players mode that is similar to featured experience but need to remain in the list permanantly .. 

This way everyones get the progressions they want everyones get all the contents everyones have it their way .. the New and the legacy both getting the same balance changes and improovements .

    I've been thinking about this, and can see one issue: With the current "character" for a specialist, you know what their perks are. If specialist skins were switched off, you'd have no idea if someone has a grappling hook or sentry gun, wingsuit or deployable shield. It's the inverse complaint of free loadouts.

    It's not necessarily an insurmountable proble, but it is a design consideration.

    @filthy_vegans yep thats the issue as much as i hate Mckay globulous eyes and goofy look and sundance who look like an instagram cosplayers rather than a soldier

    @SirBobdk I dont see how rental servers are necessity . But i think its a non issue for dice and wont vost much to implement for dice to create a Permanent portal " Legacy Allout warfare " for those who prefer that over the new system .. While there is no need to impose the old system to those who prefer the new .

    @SirBobdk Also how funny is it that so call " vets " who want the game to be scrapped and redone are ignoring any real constructive duscussion and or compromise ?

    The answer is most likely they want to force everyone into their way ignoring portal even exist for legacy features or simply just want to bash the game for the sake of it and it show !

    Servers must not be restarted every day and it is also easier for players to have favorite servers. It just makes it easier. You get the best gameplay with stable servers where the same players come back.
    It is harder with the current system.  It is fine for players who just want to start a server and have some fun, but not optimal for Clans who want to build a community.

    Empty servers are a waste ... thats a thing .. Also i feel these request are to " Controle " or capitalize on " community building at the detriments of others .. But at the same time I dont see how a " huge community could not setup their servers and organize trough discord etc.. to reopen one when enough community members are online ..

    Now that EA have democratised the ability to start private servers you are considering its a bad thing ? You prefer them charging peoples and screw those who couldnt pay ? I do not get how beneficial this could ever be ...

    As for clans as i said multiples time already . we should have in game clan support ... Hell even warzone a 4 player max game has a clan support lol

    And as for Lobby size we should be able to get at least 16 players lobby to start a matchmaking ... Games like MAG had 32 players lobbys so a clan of 32 players were able to get into a game all toghueter trough matchmaking .. A feature like this in and out of itself would bring Clans and players teamplay to a whole another level .. trust me

    Yet this so call " community " feeds on drama and are not interested into improoving the game or into " compromise " and i had proofs of that time and time again sadly ..

    Personally, I am excited about the big maps with many vehicles. It's my type of BF. But I also understand those who started with BF3 and who have been accustomed to Infantry oriented Small / Medium Size Maps. Imo there is no longer a real BF game. They have all been different. Therefore, many opinions on how the game should be. 
    Specialists are a difficult subject. I am fine with access to all weapons but not sure about access to all gadgets. but the hero theme was probably a mistake when looking at the reactions. It could have been done better and more acceptable. Specialists still require some work imo.

    But BF can`t be redoned only improved. Then the question is what to do.

    No you misunderstand me. I do not want to change Free Servers, only add the possibility of paying for your own server in the portal with more options than the free servers.

    @SirBobdk Well i still do not see the benefits of this the currentbsystem is fair to everyone and give everyone a chance to have the available playerbase joining their servers instead of having few servers monopolising and controling portal servers playerbase ..

    thats said i just hope if they decide to experiment with gadjets locks to certain classes etc.. they will do so in the apropriate chanel wich is portal .. And wont change AOW as it is besides maps improovements and balance pass
