Absolutely, 110% agree. Put the damn scoreboard back. Most people could give a million * about the 1 player out of 64 that went 1 and 10. Most people like to see themselves improve and gauge their play using it. And if toxicity is a problem do some actually work to fix it with harsher penalties and improvements to reporting not the * auto bans people use to troll players with. Do better EA
Personally don't care about not having a scoreboard, because I don't care about my K/D or how I "stack up with the server". I think if they end up adding the scoreboard back, they should add Revives, Resupplies, captures/defenses, etc and other trackable team oriented support items to the scoreboard to promote that style of play. People who pound their chest about their K/D probably got supported by a Medic who revived them 10 times to make their K/D look better, but yet it is unaccounted for. (outside of Total Score of course).
@rippedwire01 didn't think a scoreboard to show where a individual sits on a team oriented game would be really that important. I am just trying to understand what about it would make the game better?
Scoreboards are very informative and also should just be in a multiplayer only game by default. People are rarely selfless and many are competitive. Scoreboards show the player exactly how well they are doing compared to everyone else
Having a scoreboard has been in all the bf games. It provides information so you can see how well you are doing in comparison to your team and the opposition. It also tells you how well your team is doing compared to the opposition.
Additionally, it also tells you if there are any cheaters in the game.Having more info is better and when a new game is coming people expect that info to stay and not be completely cut out
The point is that very very very useful information is being hidden from players for no reason.
You may not use the scoreboard or even like it, but other players use the scoreboard to set a goal for themselves.
They like to objectively see how well they are doing. That is an aspect of fun that the scoreboard provides. Do you know how satisfying it is to be at the top of the scoreboard getting very few kills but providing revives? Unparalleled

I would also argue that you can tell how you are doing just based off of if you are winning or losing. If your team has 120 tickets compared to the opponents 500 I think you can easily determine things are not going well. I will argue that detecting cheaters is really not that easy by looking at scoreboards, in BF4 heli pilots can go 100-1, doesn't mean they are cheating.
I think objectively seeing how you are doing is pretty easy on the current review system, you can see your kills and your deaths. Your captures, heals, revives, etc. The old scoreboard basically would let you know if you were on top or not, but in a team game does that really matter? Not really unless one thinks individual performance is more important than the team.
- @rippedwire01 While I agree with your post I had to remove the meme for profanity. Feel free to edit your post to re-upload the graphic without the offending wording.
So conversely: why is the removal of the scoreboard better than having one?
All I'm saying is that it's very nice to have all of that information while the game is going on. In previous games, you still had the option to ignore it
And again I'm going to use the example of a medic with a terrible K/D but supporting the hell out of their team. It's very satisfying to see a good medic high on the board

Fair enough
- @VBALL_MVP To add to that you can also see if your squad is doing well or not. I personally don't miss the old scoreboard. Things change whether people like it or not.
- @rippedwire01 You can thank Woke DICE for no scoreboard or leaderboards.
