Kaleidescope

@Adamonic Man, I guess I should play CQ to see what I've been missing on Kaleidoscope. Really, it feels like BT layouts are an afterthought. It's like the stadium on Hourglass, that's easily the BEST/MOST INTERESTING part of the map - especially as infantry - yet it's completely wasted as an asset on BT as there's zero opportunities to play there.

Honestly, if DICE doesn't want to do BT and just wants the game to be CQ only, ask the community if that's what we want too. Because feeling like BT gets the crumbs of whatever time the team has left after focusing on CQ feels lame.

@edgecrusherO0 it is so odd to be honest. Watching the dev video and they ALL say the FOB is their favorite area of the map, then it is not used in Conquest 64 or BT.

Unfortunately, it makes them come across in a negative way that I am not going to post in fear of another ban. However, if you are a player that watches that video, then goes and plays Conquest 64 or BT, they would have the same questions.

I believe that means and last gen consoles will never see the FOB???

The stadium is pretty fun, and it is quite basic compared to the COD one in Verdansk. Why they don't use it in anything but C128 is anyone's guess. Maybe an asset count limit like they talked about?

@Adamonic I'm still of the opinion that based on the way they talk about the game and the changes they make, that DICE is somehow playing a different branch than the rest of us when they're not jumping on FNBF. Because most of the time it doesn't feel like they're playing the same live version as we are.

@DaveTheBrave_USA Hey man does the map still feel too big in CQ? From watching footage they could literally cut out half the map and it will still be a large map?

@edgecrusherO0 true, I am sure they have a local server so they don't experience any of the latency issues that we do.

@dirtytamato I know the dice devs probably hate me for some of my criticism on here but I give praise where it's due. I just want to say you guys nailed it on the kaleidoscope rework 👍👏😯🙂

@SCUBASTEVE120 The FOB area is awesome, every map should have that theme and amount
of cover.

@Adamonic It really is. I wish discarded had one on each side of the ship flags. Itd be neat if we could close the doors on them too
