Premium pass does not transfer between platforms
So originally purchased ultimate on my xbox my xbox has premium pass however low and behold ps5 does not the pass is tied to your platform account not EA really bad move

Oh yeah, this is saying that exactly. Weird that EA support doesn’t know that. Now, let’s see if they fix it…

- @mccawwww This could be solved easily by EA at no cost to them, and generate some good will, at the same time.
What I don't understand is that my battlepass is unlocking on my PS4 (when I switch between platforms), but I can't use any of the player cards, etc on my Xbox X. - @Lancelot_du_Lac I heard you have to rank up to the next level for cosmetic items to sync between platforms. I don't know if it's true or not.
@OskooI_007In my experience you don't even need to rank up you just need to equip the items from the premium battlepass and enter into a game on the console you have the premium pass on. Then when you go into game on the other console it will be unlocked. At least that has been what happens for me when I go from PS4 to PC.
Edit: I think you need to equip the premium items you want on the console that you have premium with and then play a round before it syncing up with your other console. I could be wrong but I'll make additional edits after some further testing.- @mccawwww Yes this exactly how it works sucks for people that may have sold their device on
