Purposeful sabatoge

Why has EA taken more than half of the Battlefield 2042’s maps out of the selection pool for team deathmatch?  Thier new game mode “Dominate or Death” is a slap in the face of the dedicated community...

    Hi everyone,

    I have merged some threads about this topic together, just so the discussion isn't spread over different threads.

    Unfortunately, though, due to how the Live Service for 2042 operates, game modes will come and go and staples may be temporarily replaced with different playlists regrettably. 

    While TDM returning doesn't seem to be mentioned yet, it may be worth keeping an eye on the Community Calendar for an update as to when it's due to come back.

I agree 100%.   I've been a constant player since launch, currently S849, and was planning on sticking with it until max rank.  I've found myself playing mainly TDM in the last year or so, largely enjoying it (and seeing many others doing the same).  The decision last month to lump TDM in with Domination, and to cut the pool of maps, has left me playing only a few hours a week to get the weekly ribbons, and then that's it.   If this keeps up I'm not even going to try for max rank anymore.   It's given me the opportunity to play a bunch of other games.
